The heater itself is fine, but the connection point is a disaster. The real culprit is the seal where the wire meets the quartz or ceramic housing.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Here&amp;rsquo;s the problem with most heaters.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;A lot of the stuff you buy off the shelf uses cheap adhesives or basic silicone. That works for a while. But once that heater actually gets hot, those materials start to give up. The seal shrinks.&#xA;Once there&amp;rsquo;s a gap, oxygen and moisture sneak in. They eat away at the terminals, things get too hot, and you&amp;rsquo;ve got a thermal runaway on your hands. If you&amp;rsquo;re pushing high wattage, that&amp;rsquo;s not just a technical failure. It creates a bond that&amp;rsquo;s actually gas-tight.&#xA;Plus, we use fluoropolymer-coated wiring. These wires don&amp;rsquo;t melt or smell like burning plastic when they&amp;rsquo;re sitting inches away from a 600°C element. The goal isn&amp;rsquo;t just to keep water out—it&amp;rsquo;s to make sure the electrical connection &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;stays&lt;/a&gt; isolated while the heater goes through those brutal heat cycles.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The catch.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, there is a trade-off.&#xA;Because we use permanent potting, these units are a pain to repair. You can&amp;rsquo;t just strip a wire and solder it back together in the middle of a factory floor.
