
Making Fiberglass Annealing Actually Simple

A Few Things to Watch Out For

If you crank up the power density to speed up your annealing cycles, you’ve got to make sure your ventilation or cooling fans can keep up with the heat. If you ignore the cooling, your connector terminals are going to burn out way faster than they should. Just keep an eye on your airflow. The upside? The installation is fast. You swap the unit, double-check the connection, and get the line moving again. No drama.
